SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Modera, we aim to deliver your jewelry safely and efficiently.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing timelines may vary depending on the availability of the product. Some pieces may be ready to ship, while others may require additional preparation or sourcing before dispatch.
Delivery timelines typically range between 5–21 business days, depending on product availability and your delivery location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. From time to time, Modera may offer free shipping promotions.
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure secure delivery of your jewelry. For certain high-value orders, delivery may require OTP verification or signature confirmation at the time of delivery.
If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support.mum@moderaindia.com.
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Modera is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Modera, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, exchanges may be requested under the following conditions.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and tags. The item should not show any signs of wear or damage.
Customized or personalized jewelry, made-to-order pieces, and items purchased during clearance or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting images. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.
To initiate an exchange, please email support.mum@moderaindia.com with your order number, product name, and reason for the exchange. Once the request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds are generally not offered. However, in cases where a replacement or exchange is not possible, refunds may be processed to the original payment method.
PRODUCT CARE & WARRANTY POLICY

Jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care to maintain its beauty and longevity.
All Modera jewelry pieces are covered under a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, closures, or loose stones due to workmanship issues.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, surface damage, damage caused by improper handling, exposure to chemicals or perfumes, water damage, or stones lost due to impact or mishandling.
To care for your jewelry, store pieces in a dry place, preferably in the original box. Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising, and clean gently using a soft cloth.
If your jewelry requires repair, please contact support.mum@moderaindia.com and our team will guide you through the repair process. Repair costs may apply if the issue is outside warranty coverage.
